RIS d.o.o. Refund Policy

Software sold via ESD (Electronically Distributable Software) is subject to different guidelines than that sold in a box. The main benefit of ESD is that the vast majority of products' functionality and features can be tested prior to purchase.

Before deciding to purchase our software, please be sure to download, install and fully test the evaluation version that we provide. To assist you with transitioning your Clarion applications to Thin@, your applications will run for a maximum of 5 minutes on Unregistered Thin@ Servers. After that your session will be disconnected. Please use the Thin@ Server Unregistered Version to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license. None of our software requires registration to enable its primary functionality. If you still have questions about a product after testing the trial version, please feel free to Contact Us.

In rare instances and only if you contact us within 30 days of purchase, if due to unforeseen technical difficulties the software will not function, and the problem cannot be resolved by our technical staff within 10 business days, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund.

In such instances, we require that you contact our techical support first, to see if the unforeseen techical difficulties which prevent the software from functioning can be solved. You will be required to provide us enough information to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your company name, date of transaction, purchase code, number of licenses purchased), as well as the detailed description of the unforseen techical difficulty. If our techical support determines that the unforeseen technical difficulty could not have been detected by you in the trial version of the software and fails to solve your problem within 10 business days, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA number).
To receive a refund for an electronically downloaded product, you must sign and return a Letter of Software Destruction.

All Letters of Destruction must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA number) issued by our techincal support clearly displayed on the form.
 
If we receive (by fax or email) your properly completed and signed Letter of Destruction within 10 business days after you recieve the RMA number from our techincal support, RIS d.o.o. will provide a refund to you of the amount you paid for the software.
Refunds will be made in the same manner as you purchased the product.

Please allow 28 days for the refund to be processed.

Acceptance of this Refund Policy
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
